Aniversário do Rancho- Anniversary of the Folk Dancers 4/27/2013

O 46 º aniversário dos grupos folclóricos da Associação Portuguesa de Manitoba, ocorreu no dia 27 de Abril de 2013 na sede da APM. Ao mesmo tempo realizou-se o Auto de Posse dos corpos gerentes da A.P.M. para 2013-2014.

A noite foi comemorada com danças pelos cinco grupos folclóricos da A.P.M., Infantil, Luzitos, Juventude, Mocidade e Alegria. Como de costume, o jantar foi um sucesso preparado pelos voluntários da cozinha liderada por Sra. Arminda Domingos, Diretora da cozinha.

O mestre-de-cerimónias foi o Sr. Agostinho Bairos. O presidente, Dr. Mário J. Santos felicitou os grupos folclóricos por a sua contribuião ao sucesso da A.P.M.

The 46th anniversary of the Fold Dancers of the Portuguese Association of Manitoba was held on April 27, 2013. On the same night the act of taking office of the new board of directors occurred.

The anniversary was commemorated by performances by the five dance ensembles of the Folk Dancers, Infantil, Luzitos, Juventude, Mocidade e Alegria. As is custom all enjoyed the excellent meal prepared by the catering volunteers led by Chef Arminda Domingos.

The Master of Ceremonies for the event was Mr. Agostinho Bairos. The President Mr. Mario Santos, thanked the Fold Dancers for their important contribution to the success of the Portuguese Association of Manitoba.
